Phra Roop Temple located at Rua Yai Sub District, Muang District, Suphanburi and it was opposite to Suphanburi market. Phra Roop Temple was an ancient temple during late U-Thong period 600 years ago and the evidences were U-Thong pagoda and U-Thong Reclining Buddha Statue.

Phra Roop Temple was the birthplace of Phra Khun Paen Amulet , Phra Roop Temple. It was created during U-Thong period and it is the oldest amulet of Khun Paen family.

In B.E.2450, about 100 years ago, when an ancient Kru was found at Wat Phra Roop, an old temple of the province. Inside the Kru were found what are now know today as Phra Khun Krai. In this Kru also found other Pim like Phra Khun Paen , Phra Phanvasa ,Phra Plaiyngam ,etc.

In the Tale Story of Khun Paen , Phra Khun Krai was a skilled and sturdy soldier in command of 700 of the King’s men. He is a Father of Great Phra Khun Paen. Blessing power of Phra Khun Krai is good for Protection, Authority and bringing wearer invincibility.
