On 1st August BE 2515, he transitioned to a Phra Song at Wat Eeam Waranut, Bangkok. His preceptor was Phra PuttiWongmuni Wat Benchamabophit DuSitWanaram , who was the head of the Sangha of Northern Thailand.

Kruba Sri Ong was an expert in Vipassana Gammatan and taught his knowledge to both laymen and monks in Bangkok and Chiangmai. On both of these, he inscribed the yant for Phra Rahu behind. The Akara spell in the inscription originated in Northern Thailand (Lanna), and was  different from those found in central Thailand.

Kruba Sri Ong would also crafted Palakit  from Mai Mongkhon such as Mai Mayom (wood from Star Gooseberry), Mai Kanoon (wood from Jackfruit trees) and Mai DtaiPrai (wood from any tree that dies before it flowers or bears fruits). These came in many sizes, from small to statue-sized. Inside the Palakit, he inscribed the Lanna Akara “Hua Jai Guman Thong”, written as “Jijay ru ni ” and “Hua Jai Jhoon ”, written as “Ganha neh ha”. He also placed Palot Kin Thong on each.
